Position Overview:
Nationwide IT Services is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Pricing Analyst to support the Contracts Department on pricing of Government contracts. This role will be located at our Corporate Headquarters working under the Contracts Department.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with the proposal team (Directors, Business Unit Directors, program managers, contracts/subcontracts, finance, and operations personnel) to ensure that proposal pricing/costing and customer deliverables comply with all federal government regulations (CAS, FAR, DFARS, other agency specific clauses), RFP requirements, and internal policies and procedures.
  • Lead pricing efforts of all sizes and complexities, of all types of contracts (FFP, T&M, LH, CPFF, CPAF, etc.).
  • Ad-hoc cost and performance analyses and other special projects as assigned.
  • Perform competitor analysis on similar services and products
  • Scope out opportunities based on market trends and industry condition
  • Serve as the Pricing SME and provide guidance and counsel on all aspects of cost proposal preparation during the proposal process.
  • Develop Pricing Narratives based on government solicitations
  • Participate in strategy sessions and color team reviews.
  • Work closely with Business Unit Directors, Contracts, Purchasing, Human Resources, Proposals and Operations to ensure accuracy of Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
  • Facilitate/lead pricing reviews with upper management and coordinate with senior staff to determine pricing structure and strategy.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends in the industry and competitors’ pricing strategies
  • Interact with subcontract teammates to ensure data call(s) responses from them are timely

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, or related
  • 6-8+ years of GovCon pricing and/or finance experience
  • Working knowledge of all contract types
  • Advanced/Expert with Microsoft Excel
  • Functional knowledge of FAR, DFARs and CAS
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Be able to work within a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
