Position Overview:
Nationwide IT Services, Inc. is a seeking a talented, customer-focused Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team! The best candidate will have extensive knowledge of Recruitment strategies, metrics, analytics, and the ability to interact with staff at all levels. They will remain flexible, be proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Strong recruiting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
  • Continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to delivering the right candidates.
  • Work with Program Managers and Business Unit leads 2 to 3 times a week on-site
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of business plans and the impact on proposal recruiting needs, including timing of awards, program structure, and staffing needs.
  • Actively contribute to proposal development by keeping the team up to date on the recruiting support and provide details on potential challenges in our efforts.
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interviewing
  • Learn new skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
  • Understand and Articulate new strategies and programs to attract qualified candidates.
  • Develop and execute a sourcing strategy that includes identification of candidates through on-line databases, pipeline building and internal databases, and position specifications to get prospective candidates excited about the opportunity.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Lead Recruiter and leadership

Requirements
  • Experience with SharePoint and CATS (ATS System)
  • 3+ years of demonstrates experience as a full life cycle technical recruiter.
  • Knowledge of state and federal laws related to the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Experience building passive candidate sourcing strategies and pipeline building
  • Strong verbal and written communication as well as organizational time management.
  • Strong customer service skills, demonstrating strong consultation skills
  • A base knowledge of Clearances and Security processes to bring in those with clearances preferred
