Position Overview:
Nationwide IT Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Management Specialist to provide staffing support services to our Federal Client. This role does require 2 day on-site in Washington, DC. The right candidate will quickly respond to staffing requirements that arise when projects warrant more assistance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The Talent Acquisition Management Specialist requires proven administrative skills and experience with HR automated systems.
  • Provide expertise for HR programs requiring expert knowledge of federal HR terminology, operations, procedures, and requirements.
  • Must be capable of completing high-quality work expeditiously with minimal oversight.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects.
Job Qualifications:
  • At least six to seven (6-7) years of Federal HR experience requiring progressively increasing responsibility, at least three (3) of which must be specialized experience in the area in which work is to be performed.
  • Delegated Examination Certification
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and multi-tasking skills.
  • USA Staffing upgrade, USA Performance, HireNow and Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Must be capable of completing high-quality work expeditiously with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to obtain and retain a Public Trust Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
